Using steps:

1) Unscrew out the stick
2) Scratch the skin of the black flint off until it’s glossy as steel
3) Scratch the flint again until it flashes
4) Inject some lighter fluid such as zippo in the canister with 2/3 volume
5) Dip some lighter fluid in the canister on the stick to make the cotton core full of lighter fluid and scratch the flint
6) At last, the stick would be ignited.
