すべての参加者はIASA病歴書に過去の病歴において該当がないことを申告、署名する必要があります。該当項目がある場合は、事前に医師の診断を受けてスキンダイビングの参加に問題がないことを証明してもらう必要があります。

B地区ーススぺ・タナパグ・・・・・・・$5
C地区ーサンアントニオ・サンロケ・・・$10
D地区ーカグマン等・・・・・・・・・・$15

キャンセル料（一人当たり）

到着日から遡って30日以内のキャンセル
コース代金の20％

到着日から遡って3日以内のキャンセル
コース代金の50％

当日または無連絡不参加
コース代金の100％

Founded in 1999 by Morito Asai, AQUASMITH has come a long way from its beginnings in Garapan, Saipan.
