◎Cancel policy

*Cancellation of a booked activity which has been reserved for a specific date, cancellation charges apply according to the table here below:

	Cancellation Charges ( p/p )
Reservations cancelled less than thirty days before the date of arrival will require you to pay the following charges	20％ of course fee
Three days before the date of arrival	50％ of course fee
No show or same day	100％ of course fee

- All the above refers to working hours only (Monday-Friday).
- 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (Local time)
- No refunds are available once a tour, activity, or lesson has commenced, or any other services have already been utilized.
- No refunds are available once a tour, activity, attractions or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, spa treatment, meal or any other services already utilized.
