The spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) is on all our minds and in the news. We’d like to reassure you that AQUASMITH has been monitoring this situation closely to ensure we can meet the ongoing needs of our customers. As a local company , we’re prepared to assist you through this time. You can always reach us through phone and via chat. Please be aware that CNMI(Saipan/Tinian/Rota) DOES NOT have any positive for coronavirus as of Feb.14.2021.
Please be aware that:
1.Please check your temperature use a Hand sanitizer next to entrance door when you enter / exit our store. No Mask, No entry.
2.We use Clorox wipe every items after customer touch.
3.We do 10 min. Air ventilation every 3 hrs.
4.Please use Alcohol spray when you use our Bathroom.
5. We care about our customers health and to keep cleanliness in the store, For the past 5 years, we have Hand sanitizer, Clorox wipe, and alcohol spray. We have been ready for this and this is part of our regular routine.
1.Coronavirus does not survive on shipped boxes coming in from out of the country. Rest assured that there is no contamination on any of our products shipments that you will receive.
2.Our store is currently with 22% more inventory than last year. Italy, France, and Spain are now closed, but various containers were sent this week in preparation for a potential company closure (that has happened). We control a production that runs without any risk to be infected by a Virus and we are not worried about not having items in stock.
3.The travel ban DOES NOT include freight and cargo. That is good news for both of you and us.
We will do our best to always be positive and properly plan for a better future. Any crisis has always to be seen as an opportunity.
