Can this bag also be used to hold fish ?

Yes you can hold fish i clip the bag to my kayak an the fish in the mesh bag hang of the side
Has two shoulder straps or is single-sided? Do we get two pairs of normal fins?

It does not have a shoulder strap and the bag does not come with fins
